Gorgeous! I would love to be surrounded by all of that lavender. Your neighbor wisely planted an impressive entrance. I don't think it grows in Puerto Rico, but I'd love to have a broad brushstroke of purple to drive through each day.
I don't know if I've ever seen anything prettier. I planted on lavender plant in a barrel last year and it's doing beautifully. After seeing these pictures, I'm envisioning much more.

There is nothing like lav in July in the South of France.As usual I am green….it is very soggy her in the tropics, the only up tic is it is the moisture is easier on the skin!
