Spending time alone often has bad connotations.

We can be fearful of time spent solo and see it as a sense of failure on our parts for all sorts of reasons. It is important to feel confident alone and to be able to enjoy our own company, to re-charge and embrace those elements of life we love regardless.

Winter is the right time to reacquaint with the galleries and catch up on what’s happening in the Parisian art world. 

I don’t know about you, I have the best intentions when visiting to catch the latest shows but oftentimes don’t quite make it.

Eating more fat? Sounds delicious.

The catch is not all fats are healthy.

The answer is to know the fats that are good for us, eat more of those and lose the fats that aren’t so fabulous.
