The simple way to detox?

Is there such a thing? I mean, has detoxing ever been simple?


Lily tells me there are certain foods to aid detox and they are easy and delicious to incorporate in our diets. The more I learn from Lily, the more I see a pattern emerging. There are some foods we can’t avoid and we shouldn’t. 


After the summer and a little vacation time I need to up my intake of these foods.

It seems true we are what we eat so I asked Lily to simplify my choices, to give me three elements to work on.
