As much as holidays are about rest and relaxation they can also mean a little extra “fun” and lack of sleep. Before I left for our Greek getaway I asked Lily for some easy ways to keep eyes shiny and bright.

Eye health is something I am aware of, my mother has suffered from macular degeneration for many years and truthfully it’s one of those senses we need to be vigilant over.

It never hurts to be reminded of the natural ways we can look after ourselves. As well informed as we are, it is easy to lose track sometimes.
