Circulation, often a difficult one.

The older I am the more problem I have with circulation.

I do believe we can help our circulation by exercising well and eating correctly.

It is not a hardship to add these delicious foods into our daily lives, it is more about forming a good friendship with them and making them a habit.

Cyber Monday: Better Than Ever

Monochrome is the plan this Cyber Monday.

Inspired by our photos from the Chanel exhibition in Venice, I thought black and white was as good a filter as any to curate the sales this Cyber Monday.

Gillian Anderson: Steal Her Style

Gillian Anderson has got it so right.

Mistress of the workplace attire, she embodies the mastery of being both feminine and practical in the most elegant of ways.

As ‘The Fall’ returns to our televisions, so does Stella Gibson’s impeccable style.
Gillian Anderson’s personal fashion is not all that far apart from her on-screen ego, even down to that scrumptious blow dry.

The Best Romantic Movies On Netflix: Part 1

“I wish I were her.”

That’s what my girls and I said when we started putting together a romantic movie list.

We intended on ten and we couldn’t agree so we have turned this into a three-part series. We all felt, with the holidays so close, feel good movies are what we need.

Adding Shine And Volume

Adding Shine And Volume

I am happy with the ageing process, I do think I have come to terms with that, but I get nervous about make-up and the application of it.

Icebreakers: The Big Chill

I need THESE today!

The big chill has hit London and the mules and sneakers are feeling a little frosty.

There are three “big chill” styles I have my eye on.

The must have WINTER BOOTIE, the FURNACE BOOT and not to want to seem impractical, the LUGE BOOT.

The WINTER in suede because it has my name written all over it; I love it. The FURNACE because I want to be the girl in the camel cape with those fabulous legs and tie boots; you know I am crushing on capes. The LUGE, for winter walking and the weekends; I don’t have a practical but stylish pair of lace-ups, so these are it.
