The sweater dress, a faithful contender, when it comes to weekend dressing.
I love a sweater dress for my weekend wear and for my travels. It’s an easy choice and a great midseason option. Mine teams up with sneakers, more and more; the sneakers take me out and about and when I am home I swap them for my most comfortable mules.
What I like about a sweater dress is the way it can look elegant and casual at the same time. It also covers but I don’t find them bulky. I prefer those with sleeves as I generally don’t need to wear a jacket with mine – if I do it will most likely be my leather one.
This style of dress works great with a cross body bag if you don’t want to tie the waist. Giving the definition you need without emphasising any unwanted middle. A V-neck style suits those with longer body shape or when we want to accessorise the neck.
Both these dresses look wonderful with plenty of arm candy; both in easy wearing shades.
