Rain Coat for a Rain Check?

I’ve Been Saving These for a Rainy Day.

Considering the ever-changing weather and unexpected downfalls, we need to be prepared for rainy days.

Lately, there has been a lot of dashing undercover, saying goodbye to smooth hair and looking for the perfect raincoat.

When it comes to the warmer months, it’s an endless struggle to strike the balance. A lightweight coat which will still offer protection from the downpour is a major plus.

These really do the job.

The Rain Coats

This one, from Pendleton, works with everything and because of its transparency, the ensemble underneath doesn’t get forgotten.

This style by Proenza Schouler is a fabulous statement and its length offers maximum protection.

Wear it with everything because black and white means just that.

Equal parts New York style and Scandinavian charm, this waterproof raincoat by Marc Jacobs is a pastel dream.

This lemon sherbet-hued rain coat from Halogen is affordable and adorable.

When rainy days strike, there is no excuse to be caught out.

I love this. I was just remembering the days when I was a child living in Los Angeles, when it actually rained quite heavily. We were geared with raincoats, “galoshes” and a good umbrella. But that gear fell out of fashion for such a long time, but if designs were stylish, then why not invest in a good slicker and pair of rainboots!

Thank you again everyone at VA!
