Do You Have This In Pink?

Who doesn’t love pink?

I have always been a fan… of all shades from the nudes and the sugar sweets through to the Schiaparellis.

Pink is a flatterer… it’s gentle on the complexion and works perfectly with black…

What’s not to love?

I love pink! I have a board on Pinterest with my favorite pinks. It’s really hard to add it to my home in big splashes, such as wall color, due to nays from the husband. So I have to use it in accessories. The Alexander McQueen blazer is amazing. I’m going through a handbag acquisition frenzy right now, lol, so that !Wow! St. Laurent classic duffle bag would make me happy. I do have a blush & silver Guess handbag, but there’s always room for one more on my closet shelf! The Kotur clutch would make me feel like I was always carrying around a bouquet of happiness. My youngest daughter would snap up those fabulous Louboutin pumps in a minute…the higher the better for her. The Kate Spade earrings are just plain fun! I’m looking forward to all the shades of pink in my flower garden this summer, especially since I’m looking out at 12″ of new-fallen snow right now! Thanks for all beautiful images and ah….please, I’ll take the pink couch in the picture.

Oh, with BLACK? Perfect. Pink is a sign of life, isn’t it? And as I type this, the eastern sky behind my back through the window is casting a most perfect pink as YOUR sun is rising on our side of the world. Peace and eternal beauty to you, Vicki! Anita

What a lovely post! May I add “Baume de Rose” by Terry? Beautifully pink, smelling (slightly) of rose, this lip balm has kept my lips chap free, even during this horrendous weather! To be found, sadly at great expense, but more than worth it, at Space NK or at the Space NK at Bloomingdales in US.

Have never been a red person, but pink is a whole different matter. It can be calming and at the same time exciting.
Always sweet and lovely!

Such beautiful pictures Vicki – I adore pink, alone, with black – I love it with gold – there was once (until new owners painted it over) a lovely pink stucco house nearby with a wild flower garden and I would derive such pleasure when I passed it – one day I want a pink stucco villa, a small, lovely homey place with gardens all around!

I love pink although I didn’t used to. I think it is comforting, soothing and a bit glamorous.

What more can I say – I was a pink bride way back in the 60s! I also love pink and grey, pink and black and pink and green (which is strange because green is not a favourite colour of mine, but I love it with pink). C x

A wonderful collection of pink Vicki…I have a love affair with a certain colour of pink which is hard to find..a warm soft pink with just enough vibrancy to make you skin glow. Finding it is another matter. It existed once in an oversized cotton blouse; as soft as butter and I never should have let it go. I am determined to find it again. xx

Vicki, while reading this Pink blog, I could not help thinking of Repetto … who have been making ballet shoes since 1947. They do a variety of handbags, cross body bags, totes, shoes and clothing in the most beautiful variety of pinks. I believe, all their bags are lined in Pink – delicious!
