My top Translucent Powder picks.
I have three for you, from By Terry, Laura Mercier and Charlotte Tilbury.
Do you wear translucent powder? I admit I love it and wear it most days. Translucent powder is a product that gently sets the makeup without altering the colour of the skin tone. No oil, no smudge, without looking dull.
A foundation brush is the most straight-forward to use as the bristles are tightly packed giving more control over the application of the powder.
Sprinkle a little translucent powder into the lid of the container and load the brush with a small amount of translucent powder.
Press the translucent powder onto the face over the foundation, tinted moisturiser or bb cream.
For a dewy look, apply the powder to the t-zone, avoiding the cheeks.
Top Tip: If the smudging of eyeliner or mascara is an issue, dab a little translucent powder along the lower lash line to prevent this.
Like foundation, less is more when it comes to translucent powder.
