The all-white crush continues.
The holidays feel a lifetime ago and the winter continues without the festive sparkle – I miss the decorations.
I need to add some jazz to my existing wardrobe; I am not in the mood for a major switch-up or to shop “new season’ but I am slightly bored with my keep warm options.
What I am not sick of is my white jeans worn with either all white or a touch of black. I’ve been wearing on repeat the light blouse or sweater and those creamy coloured sneakers with a heavier cream coat on top.
It’s all good but reluctant as I am to confess – I’m a little bored. Jaded with my pieces but not with the look. All white in winter has been a winner for me this year. I simply need to add more to the mix.
So, I found this “shaggy” number.
Yes, it’s a little offbeat, whacky even and maybe my antipodean heritage is coming to the fore but despite all that, I am going for it. This jacket looks super fab with the all-white mentioned above. It’s a great shape, warm as toast and even better looks super lux.
And it’s on sale.
First win/win of the year. xv
Go Shaggy This Weekend
rag & bone wool coat (on sale) + silk chiffon shirt + white jeans + coaster sneaker
THAT is one fabulous number! Vicki, you have inspired me with white jeans. NEVER had I ever imagined I’d wear them, but now in my 6th decade of living, I have to get a pair. And this sweater, how gorgeous is this?
Wonderful! Wear them well and wear them often, I say Anita ;) :)
6th decade… Let’s promise to wear them in our 9th!!
Thanks for getting back to business!
Trying to Robin!
White jeans all year round – hell yeah! Particularly love wearing them with black cashmere polo/turtle neck. I do love the jacket but sadly I would look like a well dressed wookie!
Whats a wookie?
White jeans and a camel reefer coat form a major part of my winter wardrobe. I LOVE white jeans! I’ve never mastered a messy bun or ponytail but I’ll have to start practicing.
