Skincare must-haves change every day – or do they?
There are developments, new ideas and technologies to supposedly make our skin as it has never looked before. I am the eternal optimist and have tried more potions, treatments and cures than I can remember and still like many women I continue to search. I justify the quest as a way of keeping up to date for you, finding the best and sharing the rewards. Of course, it is not just for you.
Many of the products tried are never mentioned because they don’t live up to their reputation and nor do they make much difference. I don’t believe in miracles and the reality is I care more about our well-being than I do our looks. Yes, it is an age thing but more importantly, I have wised up.
My tried and true do not change very much – some of these products I have favoured for more than twenty years – others are new but chosen for their great performance. The serum and deep moisture miracle cream has made such a huge difference to my skin’s hydration. xv
