I’m obsessed with feeling cosy.
Cosy is a favourite pastime of mine but lately more than ever for all the obvious reasons.
A few years ago, for the purpose of travel, I discovered the cashmere poncho or wrap. The poncho and I were never great mates until this time; I had very biased thoughts towards this piece leftover from my teenage days. The poncho or wrap was one for others. How silly of me – they are the best and especially for snuggling up and keeping warm. I have even come around to a bit of fringing or a tassel or two. How our ideas and feeling change over time?
When do you wear a cashmere wrap? Or rug up in the poncho?
Pretty much anytime is my answer. In my “past life” I have worn mine out at night over a dress and now I wear it wrapped up in front of Netflix. Christmas is looming and I’m fancying a new one, maybe in camel or cream to add to my cosy assortment.
A scarf twisted around the neck kicks the whole idea up a notch.
