I won’t change my strategy; I still believe the same shopping principles apply. I am happy with what I found on sale, I wished I had bought more but then it’s better to come away wanting more. Always.

A practical suggestion but as winter closes in they are the one item I know I need and will wear on a continuous loop.
I have chosen boots that I know we won’t go wrong with and styles that suit us. Boots to wear with everything and with a large dose of comfort. I hate to admit but the higher the heel, the less wears. Working on the cpw (cost per wear) strategy means investment should be greater in flats. High heels, whether they are boots or shoes, are for special delivery only; that means when I am dropped off at the door and collected afterwards. xv
