A day can make all the difference in Provence…
On Saturday there was not a blossom in sight…
On Sunday our Cherry trees were bouncing with white blooms…
Finally it feels as if spring is here and the winter is behind us…
Weekends in Provence are my favourites…
A visit to the flea market in Villeneuve-les Avignon on Saturday… sadly no vintage fabrics to be found… and a lazy evening watching a French detective show called Spiral…
( do you know it? two episodes in and we are hooked… it is like a french version of ‘the killing’... not new… but if you like a mystery with the added bonus of a paris setting and very handsome french actors… ‘spiral’ is for you… )
Sunday… and a more successful day at L’Isle sur la Sorgue…
No fabrics… but we found a fabulous bookcase for Le Petit Bijou and a gorgeous painted console that will become the bathroom vanity…
