Some weeks feel longer than others and some weeks fly by almost unaccounted for… Do you know what I mean?
This week feels like one of those… the long ones… Running, running and more running… but not catching up.
This weekend I plan on doing a big lazy nothing… except relaxing… so I have been thinking lots about how I should do that.
Ideally I would be checking into an incredible spa right about now… about to be cocooned, detoxed and re-juvenated… I would be listening to calming music… birds twittering, waterfalls falling… I would be feeling the balmy breeze on my exfoliated and nourished skin… and I would be mesmerised by the lap, lap, lap of the waves as they hit the shore…
The reality is not quite so zen…
That doesn’t mean I can’t have a spa like weekend chez moi that is pampering, reviving and refreshing… I shall just have to arrange and perform these indulgences for myself.
